If you purchase The Convergence Method and do not find it useful, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email gary@convergencemethod.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase date. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via FastSpring, our payment processor.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

Your request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
You must contact us at the email address above — refund requests cannot be processed through FastSpring directly

Digital Product

The Convergence Method is a digital product delivered by immediate download. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital product and consent to immediate delivery.

Our 14-day guarantee applies regardless of whether you have downloaded or accessed the product.

Advisory Engagements

The advisory engagement is agreed on application and invoiced separately. Refund terms for advisory engagements are agreed individually at the time of booking.
